RETURN POLICY

You may return items within 30 days from date of purchase. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Customer pays shipping costs for orders under $100. DES pays return shipping costs for orders $100 or more.

 Pack the items you're returning.

  1. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
  1. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

You will receive a refund, minus shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, If we messed up, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Note: According to our testing, you should get over 50 washes from our prints without issue. If you experience something different within a year (365 days) of delivery, let us know.

Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund, return the items according to the instructions detailed in the Returns section above. We offer refunds for unwashed, undamaged, and unworn items, returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will issue a refund for returned items within 2-5 business days from the date we receive your return. You should expect to receive your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 days from the date we process your return.
